Went 3-0 with two saves over his final six appearances (one start) beginning on 7/31, allowing 5ER in 15.0IP over the span (14H, 9K)… five of those six appearances were scoreless, with all 5ER coming on 8/5 at Savannah. Following the season, pitched in one game for Cardenales de Lara of the Venezuelan Winter League, allowing 3H and 1ER in 1.0IP (1HR, 1K). Was added to the Yankees' 40-man roster on 11/20/13.

Was named to the Northwest League All-Star team and was tabbed as the league's top right-handed prospect (third overall) by Baseball America. 2010

Was named the Seattle Mariners' minor league "Pitcher of the Year" after going 8-2 with a 3.16 ERA (57.0IP, 20ER) in 13 appearances (12 starts) with the VSL Mariners. Led the league in wins and ranked second in strikeouts (59) en route to being named to the Venezuelan Summer League's All-Star team as the top right-handed pitcher.
