Was named to the Northwest League All-Star team and was tabbed as the league's top right-handed prospect (third overall) by Baseball America. Was named the Seattle Mariners' minor league "Pitcher of the Year" after going 8-2 with a 3.16 ERA (57.0IP, 20ER) in 13 appearances (12 starts) with the VSL Mariners.
